This website "www.discovervet.com" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") is owned and operated by VetInvent Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") having its registered address at "Stirring Minds, 2-A/3, Kundan Mansion Asaf Ali Road, Delhi, India - 110002" and operating under the brand name "DiscoverVet" ("Brand Name").

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions") explains the Terms and Conditions which are applicable to every individual or entity who browses through the Platform ("User"). These Terms and Conditions have to be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy. The services provided by the Company through the Platform hereinafter referred to as the "Services".

• By accessing, or continue usage of the Services through the Platform, the User affirms and confirms that the User has read these VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions and understand, agree, and provide consent to all the terms contained herein. The User further understands and agrees that the VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions may be updated by the Company from time to time and any such changes shall be effective as of the date of the same being posted on the Platform. The User should review the Terms and Conditions on the Platform on a regular basis so that the User is aware of the most current Terms and Conditions that apply to his/her use of the Platform.
• The VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Users, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
• If any provision of the VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions is held invalid in part, such invalidity will in no way affect the rest of the provisions, and the rest of such provisions, together with all other provisions of the VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions, will, to the full extent consistent with law, continue in full force and effect.
• The User hereby represents and warrants that:
  • he/she shall comply with all applicable laws in the performance of its obligations while using the Platform;
  • information given to the Company by the User will always be true, accurate, correct, complete and up to date and current, to the best of the User's knowledge.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, delay or damage caused due to any force majeure reasons including but not limited to the acts of God, strikes, acts of terrorism, burglary, hijacking, robbery, riots, pandemic, political disturbances, invasion, fire, floods, tsunami, road accidents and for reasons which are beyond the control of Company and/ or not attributable to any actions taken the Company ("Force Majeure") . The User agrees to excuse the Company from any performance or obligations for so long as such causes, circumstances or events shall continue to prevent or delay such performance or obligations.
• Nothing contained herein shall be construed to create the relationship of principal and agent, employer and employee, partners or joint ventures.
• The User may not assign or transfer these VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company. Any attempted assignment in contradiction of this provision shall be null and void.
• The VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions, the construction and enforcement of its terms and obligations of the User hereto shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
• The Services provided by the Company through the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The User agrees and understands that the Services may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of the Company. The User also understands that the Company may constantly be making changes and improving the Services, which may include addition or removal of functionalities or features, suspension or stoppage of all or part of the Services altogether.
• The Company makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Services, or any service or information provided through the Service. The Company is not responsible for any damages, injury or economic loss arising from the use of the Services provided by the Company through the Platform. Under no circumstances/events will the Company, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers and employees be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind or damages whatsoever including without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contracts, goodwill, data, information, income whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform. The maximum liability of the Company for any direct damages will be limited to the fees/charges paid by the User for the Service rendered to the User by the Platform, which is the subject of the claim. Further, the Company shall have no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect the User's equipment on account of the User's access to, use of, or browsing of the Platform. If a User is dissatisfied with the Platform, the User's sole remedy is to discontinue using the Platform.
• None of the content of the Platform may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the Company's written permission provided however, the User may download any document/image which directly relates to the User's Pet or its health.
• In the event the Company finds out that the User has breached any of the VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions, the Company at its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the User's Account and/or access to the Platform by blocking the IP address, mobile number or email id with or without any prior notice to the User. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for suspending and/or terminating the User Account and/or access to the Platform. Upon suspension or termination, User's right to use the features on the Platform shall immediately cease and the Company reserves the right to retain or remove or delete the information that is available with the Company, including but not limited to login and Account information.
• The Platform and all content featured on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as specifically provided herein, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties, fitness for a particular purpose and non- infringement. While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the platform, the Company does not make any warranties that the platform will meet the User's requirements, or that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. The Company makes no warranties as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the platform or the consultations, or as to the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any information obtained through the platform. The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Platform is used at his/her own risk and that the User will be solely responsible for any damage to his/her computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the user from the company or through the platform shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
• The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers and employees harmless from and against, and to reimburse the Company with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to the breach of these Terms and Conditions and infringement of Intellectual Property Rights.
• The Platform may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. The Company does not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their respective websites.
• The User agrees to cooperate with the Company in the administration of the Platform, including providing reasonable assistance in evaluating the Services and collecting/ reporting data requested by the Company for the purposes of administering the Platform related software.
• No waiver of any of the provisions of these VetInvent Technologies Private Limited General Terms and Conditions will be deemed to constitute a waiver of any other provision nor shall such a waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing.
